I see what you are going for with the saturation, although if you are going to over-saturate a photo, OVER-saturate a photo. As is, it almost looks like it was an accident, or you monitor is off just a little. If you going for an effect, let people know that it is intentional.

Nice job with the cropping. you started off fairly loose with the crop. Try to shoot tight from the start. The more you can shoot tight from the start, the better you will get in all areas of photography. It forces you to really think about what you are shooting, what you are including in the frame, and what you are excluding from the frame. It makes you think a lot more about everything, and thinking is good. :)
