These are some of my shadow pictures. the more black and white face was taken for this project. i simply shined a light behind a face. the portrait with more color and the flower is my friend hanna and i already had that picture i just liked the shadow in it from he get go. the other two are actually me standing in a barn. i already had these pictures and it was my frist tripod use. i accidently took a picture here actually and then when i was looking through all my pics i saw the interesting shdow and went back and took more here and these were the results. i thought they were perfect for this assignment so i adjusted the levels a little bit and put um all up here :)

Very nice work on these. For the portraits of you in the doorway, the one of you with your arm out is much more effective and visually appealing. The arm out gives a bit of visual stability to the viewer.
Be sure to take lots and lots of photos. It is important to shoot a large number of photos, the only way that you will get better is to shoot more and more, and TRY different things. If it doesn't work, well at least you tried and you learned from it about why it doesn't work.
